Aleena Kanner is a Certified Athletic Trainer and a Postural Restoration Specialist. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from SUNY Cortland and a Master’s degree in Athletic Training from the University of Arkansas. Aleena specializes in treating individuals who struggle with chronic pain and autoimmune conditions, and she collaborates with optometrists and dentists to identify her patients' underlying triggers of chronic pain and illness. She also works with the athletic population to optimize their health and performance. Aleena’s specialty is Postural Restoration®, which involves a scientific exploration of the body's natural asymmetries, using techniques that focus on the respiratory system, dental occlusion, and visual system to promote balance.
