About My Guest

Beth is a certified Holistic Health Trainer who has spent a substantial part of her life looking into natural remedies for every day health concerns and the big kahunas.

After 6 years in the medical field she took that knowledge and continued on the search for the best solutions that would not only address the symptom but also get to the root of what people are dealing with physically and emotionally.

After a decade of doing this for clients all over the world she has opened up a Wellness Center in the Pacific North West mountains of North Idaho.

While she still loves to meet with clients over zoom she wanted to create a healing space where people can leave their cares at the door and step into a time that is just for them.
