As the host of the women’s health podcast, “Women Aging Powerfully with Leah Vachani,” she features dynamic discussions with top thought leaders in women's health, diving into crucial topics often overlooked by many health providers— hormone optimization, strength building and fat loss, stress management, detoxification, the intricacies of quality sleep and more.

Kelli Harvey has been in the health and wellness industry for over 14 years. Her passion for supporting women over 40 through this amazing season of life stems from her own experiences with back pain, back surgeries and posture correction. She has a strong desire to help women fall in love with their bodies and health by building strength, creating healthy lifestyle habits, and truly helping women THRIVE through menopause and beyond!
