Have you ever wondered where a Nutritionist shops for their foods and what they buy? Wouldn't it be fun to be a fly on their shopping cart and see all the decisions they make? (Like, do they really not buy a candy bar at the checkout line when they are starving?) I may not be able to offer you the opportunity to morph into a fly, but I can show you what healthy foods and snacks this nutritionist buys on Amazon! (And just FYI, I do not buy the candy bar at the checkout because I already have one of these healthy snacks stashed in my purse!) We all love making things easier, and I am no exception. If I can save myself a trip to the grocery store and save money then I consider that a HUGE win. Buying healthy food is often more expensive, so I'm always on the lookout for ways to save a dime here and a dollar there.
