Have you ever tried avocado pudding? If you have not...do it. If you have tried it before but felt underwhelmed, then try this recipe! Kids, adults, everyone loves this pudding. This recipe even gives you every diet modification you could possibly need, so there is really no excuse to not try it out.

I never thought "healthy" and "chocolate pudding" would ever go together, but here you go!

Paleo Vegan Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

This recipe is THE MOST REQUESTED in our house! On a scale of 1-10 of healthiness for dessert options, I rank this at an 8, which is pretty darn high! The reasons it doesn't get a 10 are because it does have a small amount of sugar and maple syrup, and chocolate chips. But overall, I consider these cookies to be pretty darn healthy!

Here are a few quick notes on this recipe:

We don't' eat vegan, so I use real eggs instead of โ€œflax eggsโ€.

I substitute butter for coconut oil (just a personal preference, and we are not vegan - either one will work great).

I use 1 Tbsp coconut sugar instead of 3 Tbsp. I made this recipe the first time with 3 Tbsps but I just feel that you don't need that much sugar. They taste great with less!

Super Easy Chocolate Banana Cookies

Have you ever wanted to have a cookie that tasted really good but didn't have all the guilt associated with eating it? Then here you go. You're welcome :)

When your kids ask for more you can easily say, "sure thing" and not feel like a bad mom. The only bad thing about letting them have as many as they want is that these cookies don't last more than a day or two. #nutriticiousanddelicious

Banana Nut & Raisin Breakfast (or snack) Muffins

Protein packed Banana Nut & Raisin Breakfast Muffins

I have found very few gluten-free, grain-free muffins that taste good AND score high in the healthy category. These muffins taste AMAZING. You can sub just about anything for the raisins (cranberries, dried apricots, or even chocolate chips.)

We often use these as a breakfast muffin, especially on the days when life is crazy and we don't have much time, but they work just as well as a snack. You can make a large batch and they freeze well. Just pop one in the microwave for 30 seconds, add some butter and your good to go with a nutritious breakfast.

You won't have to curb your sweet cravings after eating these because you will simply be that satisfied.

Avocado Truffles

Ohhh. Mmmmm. Geeee. These little morsels made with only 5 ingredients are sooooo delicious! I end up wanting to eat so many of them because they look so delectable, but then I'm just so satisfied after one or two that I save some for later. By later I mean like 5 minutes later. ๐Ÿ˜† Amaze-balls. (pun intended!)

A note about the recipe: I donโ€™t use dairy-free chocolate chips but it is a super easy substitute if you are eating dairy-free and it will still taste amazing.

OK, now what?
