15 Healthy Super Bowl Recipes to WOW your guests AND stick to Your Health Goals

November 13, 20245 min read

For me, Super Bowl Sunday means 3 things; lots of football watching, lots of couch time, and LOTS of comfort food (which are usually not very healthy).

I get it, we all love delicious, mouth-watering, "game-day" food! But what if you are eating dairy-free? or gluten-free? or trying to eat clean? Does that mean you have to sacrifice these foods and only eat a salad?

NO WAY! You can have your nachos and eat them too. Here are 15 healthy recipes that you can bring to a party or impress your Super Bowl guests and 100% stick to your health goals for this year. I mean, we just started our New Year Resolutions, right??

These recipes are dairy-free, gluten-free, sugar-free, considered clean-eating and healthy (according to yours truly). You could also say that most are Paleo or Whole30 as well but I'm not really into labels, I just want to help you find some healthy recipes that are really yummy!
