May is Mental Health Awareness Month and I don't think it could come at a better time. After 8 weeks or so of #SIP, many of us are literally losing our minds. Have you found yourself prisoner to thoughts that just come upon you out of nowhere? Thoughts that can be filled with anger, resentment, frustration, or despair?
What if I told you that you had a finite amount of time on this Earth in this body? I mean, you already knew that, right? But if we all knew that, why do we make the decisions that we make?
